三、性能及特點(diǎn)：
1、儀器的特點(diǎn)是用單片機(jī)對(duì)熱浴溫度，氣體流量以及工作時(shí)間，經(jīng)過用戶設(shè)定后，自動(dòng)對(duì)上述參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整和控制，以達(dá)到減少人工記錄，提高工作效率，真正做到該機(jī)無人值守。
2、儀器采用電熱板對(duì)金屬鋁合金加熱，升溫快，熱容量大，溫度穩(wěn)定，采用金屬浴代替油浴，克服了油浴的各種弊端。
3、儀器可從常溫至320℃范圍內(nèi)任意一點(diǎn)溫度進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制。
4、儀器有2孔，可對(duì)比做樣。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:
1, the characteristics of the instrument is to use a single chip microcomputer on the hot bath temperature, gas flow and working time, after the user set, automatically adjust and control the above parameters, in order to reduce manual recording, improve work efficiency, truly unattended this machine.
2. The instrument adopts electric heating plate to heat the metal aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of fast heating, large heat capacity and stable temperature. It adopts metal bath instead of oil bath to overcome various disadvantages of oil bath.
