三、性能及特點
1、儀器采用觸摸屏全程操作控制，人性化設計使儀器具備操作簡單方便，易學易會易保養(yǎng)的特點。
2、本儀器采用數(shù)字動態(tài)采集識別技術，自動分析和識別油樣狀態(tài)，使用自動控制技術完成45°傾斜動作。
3、本軟件可以對測試的數(shù)據(jù)進行保存，以供后續(xù)查看。如有需要還可進行打印。
4、儀器自帶Lims通訊，可實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)上傳等操作。
四、原理：
樣品的流動性隨著溫度的降低而變慢，直到達某溫度時，樣品出現(xiàn)不流動，本機采用新技術，用半導體制冷將樣品快速降溫，在降溫過程中用光電管（含紅外）發(fā)射多束光線到達樣品表面，用電機傾斜樣品，流動的樣品將光線反射到CCD攝像機上，形成一副圖像，計算機根據(jù)圖像流動時的變化量，判斷出油樣的傾點。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics
1. The instrument adopts the touch screen for the whole operation and control, and the humanized design makes the instrument easy to operate and maintain.
2. The instrument adopts digital dynamic acquisition and identification technology to automatically analyze and identify the oil sample status, and USES automatic control technology to complete the tilt action of 45°.
3. The software can save the test data for subsequent viewing. Print if necessary.
4. The instrument is equipped with Lims communication, which can realize data uploading and other operations.
Iv. Principle:
