EKLH-V6數(shù)控全自動彎字機(jī)是一個(gè)四軸的加工平臺，包括了送料系統(tǒng)、開槽系統(tǒng)、折彎系統(tǒng)和調(diào)高四大部分。每個(gè)部分都有著自己的作用。本設(shè)備采用的是合金刨刀開槽方式，雙刀交替折彎系統(tǒng)，2軸伺服控制，最小折彎角為R4，適用不銹鋼、鍍鋅板、鋁平板等材料的加工。EKLH-V6數(shù)控全自動彎字機(jī)加工的材料厚度為0.4~1.0mm之間，寬度為15~130mm之間。

Introduction of EKLH-V6 CNC automatic bending machine:

The EKLH-V6 CNC automatic bending machine is a four-axis machining platform that includes four parts: the feeding system, the slotting system, the bending system and the height adjustment. Each part has its own role. This equipment adopts the alloy planer slotting method, double-pole alternate bending system, 2-axis servo control, and the minimum bending angle is R4. It is suitable for the processing of stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum flat plate and other materials. The material thickness of EKLH-V6 CNC automatic bending machine is between 0.4~1.0mm and the width is between 15~130mm.

3、我們采用的是精度高的銅套，壽命長，并且可同時(shí)承受徑向、軸向作用；本銅套中內(nèi)置了自潤滑石墨片，就算是在無油潤滑的情況下，都能正常運(yùn)作。

4、我們采用的是鋼質(zhì)聯(lián)軸器，本聯(lián)軸器具有連接不打滑、耐沖擊、不易損壞、壽命長等優(yōu)勢。

1、我們采用的是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)硬質(zhì)合金刀粒，本合金刀粒具有高耐磨性、熱硬性、壽命長等優(yōu)勢，合金刀粒具有8個(gè)刃角，無需磨刀只需轉(zhuǎn)角；

Advantages of the slotting part of the EKLH-V6 CNC automatic bending machine:

1.We use standard hard alloy knives. The alloy knives have the advantages of high wear resistance, hot hardness and long service life. The alloy knives have 8 edge angles, and only need to sharpen the knives;

2.we use the 20X20 ball screw, which improves the transmission efficiency and ensures accurate micro feed;

1、我們采用的是750W大功率伺服電機(jī)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)位置、速度和力矩的閉環(huán)控制。本電機(jī)具有抗過載能力強(qiáng)、快速響應(yīng)、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并且克服了步進(jìn)電機(jī)丟步的問題；

2、我們采用的是機(jī)械手式送料：主要就是兩組夾具夾持材料循環(huán)送料，這樣的話避免了送料打滑，并且也提高了送料精準(zhǔn)度；

3、我們采用的是機(jī)械手鑄件：我們的機(jī)械手用的是304不銹鋼精密鑄件結(jié)構(gòu)，本部件具有送料穩(wěn)定、耐磨性高、加工一致性等優(yōu)勢；

4、我們采用的是雙滾珠絲杠配合尼龍齒輪傳動，這樣的設(shè)計(jì)具有使用壽命長、噪音低、耐磨性強(qiáng)、定位精準(zhǔn)、承載負(fù)荷大等特點(diǎn)。

5、我們采用的是304不銹鋼精密鑄造工藝，本鑄造件表面耐磨性高、使用壽命長、穩(wěn)定性好、無尖角毛刺、送料中無劃傷打滑現(xiàn)象；

6、我們采用的是使用氣缸對送料支架進(jìn)行控制，這樣的話可以提供送料穩(wěn)定性和精確性，同時(shí)也避免了翹料現(xiàn)象；

7、本設(shè)置采用的優(yōu)勢編碼器組件，具有耐磨性好等優(yōu)勢。

Advantages of the feeding system of EKLH-V6 CNC automatic bending machine:

1. We use a 750W high-power servo motor to achieve closed-loop control of position, speed and torque. The motor has the advantages of strong anti-overload capability, fast response, stable operation, and the like, and overcomes the problem of stepping motor lost step;

2, we use the robotic feeding: mainly the two sets of clamp clamping material circulating feeding, so as to avoid the feeding slip, and also improve the feeding accuracy;

3. We use robotic castings: our robots use 304 stainless steel precision casting structure, this part has the advantages of stable feeding, high wear resistance and consistency of processing;

4. We use double ball screw and nylon gear transmission. This design has the characteristics of long service life, low noise, strong wear resistance, accurate positioning and large load bearing.

5. We use the 304 stainless steel precision casting process. The surface of the casting has high wear resistance, long service life, good stability, no sharp burr, no scratching and slipping during feeding;

6. We use the cylinder to control the feeding bracket, which can provide feed stability and accuracy, and avoid the phenomenon of warping;

7. The advantage encoder component used in this setup has the advantages of good wear resistance.
