操作技巧

Operational skills1

1、首先就是不要頻繁的啟動YSL-3200R高速打印機。因為本設備的每次啟動，打印機都會清洗打印頭和初始化打印機，而且墨水輸送系統(tǒng)充墨，就會造成墨水的浪費問題。

2、第二就是選擇合適的打印模式進行打印。我們提供了幾種打印模式，不同的打印模式消耗的墨水量是不同的。

3、第三就是選擇好墨水。我們一般都會建議購買墨水的類型，請嚴格按照說明書里推薦的墨水來購買。要去正規(guī)的地方購買墨水。劣質墨水會堵塞噴頭，嚴重的話會導致噴頭損壞。噴頭的價格可是很貴的。

4、最后就是偏色問他了。如果打印出來的顏色偏差很大的話，那么就說明出現(xiàn)了偏色現(xiàn)象。這個當然不是設備問題了。主要是操作問題，軟件設置不正確導致的，或者是您的驅動版本太低。我們應該學會校正屏幕顯示和實際打印效果。還有就是不同的打印機軟件，其校正的方法是不同的。因此大家要使用常用的打印機選項吧。

工作壞境

1、空氣質量要好。工作中不要有太多的灰塵和顆粒；設備所在的地方空氣流動要小寫，因此空氣流動大的話，會產(chǎn)生空氣對流，就會引起打印飛墨的問題。解決的辦法非常簡單，就是選擇封閉點的工作壞境，墻面的話，建議刷白。地面的話，建議刷地坪漆。

2、其次就是空氣濕度?？諝鉂穸纫刂坪?。不能在很干燥的地方運作設備非，否則就容易產(chǎn)生靜電，就會影響打印質量。更嚴重有可能引起機器噴頭和主板等的燒壞。解決辦法也很簡單，就是在設備上裝上除靜電裝置，或者的話在設備安裝的時候，可以進行接地。

3、第三就是要保證地面的平整。這樣設備能夠較好的放置在地面上，就不會在工作中搖晃了，這樣也可以保證打印質量。

4、第四就是保證穩(wěn)定的電壓。有些地區(qū)的電壓不穩(wěn)，也會影響設備的運行，甚至造成設備的損壞。我們建議購買變壓器，來保證電壓的穩(wěn)定。

3. The third is to ensure the leveling of the ground. In this way, the device can be placed on the ground better, and it will not be shaken at work, thus ensuring print quality.

4. The fourth is to ensure a stable voltage. In some areas, the voltage is unstable, which will also affect the operation of the equipment and even cause damage to the equipment. We recommend buying a transformer to ensure voltage stability.
