一、全自動(dòng)粘箱機(jī)整機(jī)特點(diǎn)：
系列全自動(dòng)粘箱機(jī)，由真空送紙部，涂膠折疊部和計(jì)數(shù)堆積輸出部三部分組成。數(shù)顯調(diào)控，PLC電腦調(diào)幅，變頻同步運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，具有簡(jiǎn)便快捷可靠準(zhǔn)確的操控模式。自動(dòng)供紙，自動(dòng)涂膠折疊，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，自動(dòng)堆碼輸出，平均粘箱速度150米/分鐘，高速節(jié)能，節(jié)省人工成本。
二、全自動(dòng)粘箱機(jī)各部功能介紹：
★供紙部：
●采用皮帶前緣吸風(fēng)送紙方式，準(zhǔn)確可靠。
●采用高檔的電磁離合器及電磁剎車系統(tǒng)，使供紙部可單獨(dú)控制，操作簡(jiǎn)單可靠。
●壓紙輪高度可調(diào)，適合紙板厚度為2-8mm。
●與折疊部聯(lián)動(dòng)，變頻調(diào)速，供紙速度0-130m/min。
●供紙部的前擋板和走紙皮帶左右可調(diào)。
★涂膠折疊部：
●主電機(jī)采用變頻調(diào)速，系統(tǒng)無(wú)噪音，調(diào)速靈活，穩(wěn)定。
●采用進(jìn)口高摩擦力皮帶輸送紙板，自動(dòng)疊送。
●采用不銹鋼輪涂膠，膠量均勻，，且省膠。
●折疊部配有紙板校正裝置和壓痕糾正裝置。
●折疊部有兩排可調(diào)內(nèi)側(cè)定位導(dǎo)輪系統(tǒng)，成型精度更高。
●折疊速度0-130m/min。
●電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)左右牌坊。
●計(jì)數(shù)堆積部：
●采用PLC編程控制器和觸摸屏數(shù)字控制，操作簡(jiǎn)單，動(dòng)作可靠不停機(jī)輸入數(shù)據(jù)，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，自動(dòng)堆碼，整齊輸出。
●計(jì)數(shù)部主電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速，速度可調(diào)，開機(jī)穩(wěn)定可靠。
●利用皮帶輸送紙箱，堆積整齊，速度0-130m/min。
●利用拍打板擊打紙箱，具有糾偏功能，偏差很小。

Paper fe ding section:

Counting and stacking unit:
