橡膠雙頭磨片機(jī)是檢測(cè)儀器，zhuan gong橡膠廠及防水卷材廠磨制橡膠試片到一定厚度供其他試驗(yàn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。主要是由機(jī)座進(jìn)給拖板、工作輪、吸塵器、電動(dòng)機(jī)、砂輪等主要部件組成。形成了粗、細(xì)兩種砂輪同時(shí)工作，具有一機(jī)兩用的特點(diǎn)。

The rubber double-head mill is a testing instrument. Zhuan gong rubber factory and waterproof coil factory grind rubber test pieces to a certain thickness for testing by other test equipment. It is mainly composed of the main parts such as the carriage feed tray, work wheel, vacuum cleaner, motor, and grinding wheel. The coarse and fine grinding wheels are formed to work at the same time, which has the characteristics of one machine and two uses.

橡膠雙頭磨片機(jī)使用方法：

★撥動(dòng)小手把，使?jié)L花偏心球張開(kāi)，將橡膠試片的一端夾入，再將試片的另一端逆時(shí)針?lè)较颍刂ぷ鬏嗊\(yùn)用活動(dòng)壓棍壓好。

★啟動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)，使砂輪向著前頭所示方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。

★搖動(dòng)手柄，使上拖板沿著下層軌向著進(jìn)給，手柄上裝有刻度盤(pán)，每小格為0.02毫米。

★撥動(dòng)手輪中裝有保險(xiǎn)裝置。手輪只許朝逆時(shí)針?lè)较蜣D(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，反之用力過(guò)猛將會(huì)損壞其保險(xiǎn)裝置。

★磨片機(jī)在工作時(shí)應(yīng)先粗磨、后細(xì)磨。

How to use the double-head rubber mill:

★ Push the small handle to make the knurled eccentric ball open, clamp one end of the rubber test piece, and then press the other end of the test piece counterclockwise along the working wheel to press it down.

★ Start the motor and turn the grinding wheel in the direction shown at the front.

★ Shake the handle so that the upper carriage feeds along the lower rail. The handle is equipped with a scale, each grid is 0.02 mm.

★ The safety device is installed in the handwheel. The handwheel can only be turned counterclockwise, otherwise excessive force will damage its safety device.

★ Grinding machine should be rough ground first and fine ground later.

橡膠雙頭磨片機(jī)維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)：

★如發(fā)現(xiàn)磨出的試片厚度不均及不平整現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)檢查砂輪平面是否下平行。

★如發(fā)現(xiàn)砂輪有失調(diào)失圓現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)用割刀修正平面。

★定期給拖板工作面加潤(rùn)滑面，以保持正常工作。

★經(jīng)常調(diào)整螺母與絲桿的間隙大小。

★該機(jī)安裝在無(wú)震動(dòng)及無(wú)來(lái)源的環(huán)境中。

Maintenance and maintenance of rubber double-head grinding machine:

★ If uneven thickness and unevenness of the test piece are found, check whether the plane of the grinding wheel is parallel.

★ If the wheel is found to be out of balance, use a cutter to correct the plane.

★ Add lubricating surface to the working surface of the pallet regularly to keep it working normally.

★ Always adjust the gap between the nut and the screw.
