◆微電腦觸摸屏貼標(biāo)機(jī)，全機(jī)采用進(jìn)口控制系統(tǒng)，確保整機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性。微電腦控制并采用中英文字觸摸屏，實(shí)現(xiàn)了人機(jī)對(duì)話。操作簡(jiǎn)單直觀、具有豐富的在線幫助功能；

◆ 配置自動(dòng)分瓶機(jī)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)瓶前自動(dòng)分開間距，保證后續(xù)導(dǎo)瓶、輸送和貼標(biāo)的穩(wěn)定性；

◆雙鏈條校正裝置以及特殊彈性頂壓裝置確保了物料輸送貼標(biāo)的穩(wěn)定性，自動(dòng)保證瓶子對(duì)中性，對(duì)工人放瓶和流水線對(duì)接進(jìn)瓶要求低，大大降低工人作業(yè)或流水線對(duì)接難度，可單機(jī)生產(chǎn)，也可接流水線生產(chǎn)；

◆ 輸送、校正、上壓以及送標(biāo)速度自動(dòng)同步跟蹤，使調(diào)整更加快速簡(jiǎn)單；

◆配置兩重覆標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)，保證貼標(biāo)精度，二次擠壓式覆標(biāo)，有效消除氣泡和保證標(biāo)簽頭尾處貼緊，使貼標(biāo)平整、牢固、無褶皺，大大提生包裝質(zhì)量。

◆自動(dòng)傳感檢測(cè)，具備無物不貼標(biāo)，無標(biāo)、漏標(biāo)、斷標(biāo)自動(dòng)停機(jī)報(bào)警等自動(dòng)檢測(cè)功能。防止標(biāo)簽以及包材的浪費(fèi)。

◆一臺(tái)設(shè)備可完成圓瓶、正背標(biāo)及頸標(biāo)貼標(biāo)，也可完成方瓶、扁瓶兩種類型多種尺寸規(guī)格的單側(cè)面、雙側(cè)面貼標(biāo)。

Main performance   features:

◆Microcomputer touch-screen labeling machine adopts imported control system to ensure the stability of complete machine. Microcomputer and touch screen showing in Chinese and English make man-machine conversation true. It is easy and visual to operate and has abundant help-on-line function.

◆ Equipped automatic bottle-separating mechanism can separate bottles automatically with certain spacing before guiding bottles to ensure the stability of following guiding bottles, conveying and labeling.

◆ Double-chain correcting device as well as special elastic pushing-and-pressing device ensure the stability of conveying material and labeling and the symmetry of the position of bottles on conveyor, which has low demａnd to putting bottles operated by workers and interfacing and feeding bottles of assembly line and reduce greatly their difficulty. It can be used alone or combined with assembly line.

◆ Convoying, correcting, upper-pressure and label-feeding speed can be synchronously tracked, which makes adjustment more fast and easy.

◆ Equipped double-step label-covering mechanism ensures labeling precision during the first step and covers labels with squeezing method during the second step to eliminate bubbles efficiently and paste labels tightly on heads and ends to make the labeling smooth, stable and non-wrinkle, which enhances packaging quality greatly.

◆ Automatic detecting with sensor has functions of unlabeling with no materials and warning when there are bottles passed with no labeling, broken labels or no labels to avoid wasting labels and packaging materials.

◆ One stand-alone machine can finish single-size, double-size and bottleneck labeling with many kinds of sizes and standards for round, square and oblate bottles.
