混色機(jī)操作規(guī)程：

一、始業(yè)點(diǎn)檢:

1. 檢查攪拌葉片是否有松動(dòng)，潤(rùn)滑是否良好。

2. 開機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)，檢查有無異常響聲和其它異常情況，確認(rèn)一切正常后方可開機(jī)工作。

3. 檢查攪拌筒里有無異物，是否干凈。

4. 檢查安全開關(guān)是否靈活，有效。

二、安全操作:

1.    將各種物料按工藝要求的配方度量和數(shù)量加入到混色機(jī)內(nèi)。

2.    將蓋子蓋好后才能起動(dòng)電機(jī)，并按照規(guī)定的時(shí)間攪拌。

3.    運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中嚴(yán)禁將手伸進(jìn)混色機(jī)里抓料，如需查看，應(yīng)先停機(jī)。

4.    如需清理機(jī)器，應(yīng)先切斷電源，方可進(jìn)行操作。

三、停機(jī)操作:

1.    停機(jī)后應(yīng)關(guān)好機(jī)臺(tái)電源，關(guān)下漏電開關(guān)，切斷電源方可離崗。

2.   停機(jī)后，應(yīng)把設(shè)備*擦干凈，特別是相互轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的部位，嚴(yán)禁有灰塵堆積。

Three, stop operation:
