本機主要用于平面式自動成型：整卷布料放卷后經(jīng)過滾輪驅(qū)動，布料通 過自動折邊、包邊；鼻梁條整卷牽引開卷，定長裁切后導(dǎo)入至包邊布料中，雙邊 通過超聲焊接至封口，再經(jīng)過超聲側(cè)向封口，通過切刀裁切成型；通過流水線將 輸送至兩個耳帶熔接工位，通過超聲焊接最終成型；當(dāng)制成后， 通過流水線輸送至平帶線收集。
