MPP(Microcellular Polypropylene),中文名稱為微孔發(fā)泡聚丙烯材料,主要組成成分
為空氣和聚丙烯,其制備過程綠色環(huán)保,無毒、無氣味,沒有任何化學物質(zhì)殘留。材料內(nèi)部
的泡孔直徑均在 0.1-50μm 之間,孔密度 107-109個/cm3,且材料整體密度相比發(fā)泡前可減
少 5%-95%。與未發(fā)泡材料及普通泡沫塑料相比,微孔聚合物材料具有缺口沖擊強度高、
韌性好、比強度高、疲勞壽命長、熱穩(wěn)定性高、介電常數(shù)低、熱導率低等優(yōu)異性能,可
用于制造食品包裝、輕質(zhì)-高強-隔音的飛機和汽車部件、緩沖性強的運動器材、高電壓
絕緣材料、保溫性優(yōu)異的纖維材料和低摩擦的表面改性材料等,這些*的優(yōu)點均是普
通泡沫塑料所無法具有的。
