YBJL-6B Four heads Ｓix-automatic dense catsup Filling Machine

性能特點(diǎn)：

本系列濃醬灌裝機(jī)是我司集多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并引進(jìn)吸收技術(shù)研制而成的新一代全自動(dòng)灌裝機(jī)。它采用活塞定量，集機(jī)電、氣動(dòng)于一體，電器和氣動(dòng)元件選用品牌，由PLC控制，設(shè)計(jì)合理，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形美觀，具有性能穩(wěn)定可靠、灌裝精度高、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、操作簡(jiǎn)單、維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)。

廣泛適用于各種半流體、膏體、粘稠體、醬料和各種含顆料物料的灌裝。如含果肉飲料、蜂蜜、糖漿果醬、花生醬、芝麻醬、番茄醬、辣椒醬以及各類膏狀物的灌裝。

本系列灌裝機(jī)有雙頭、四頭……十二頭等多種型號(hào)，每種型號(hào)按灌裝范圍分成多種規(guī)格，還可根據(jù)需要給料桶加裝攪拌機(jī)構(gòu)、灌裝機(jī)構(gòu)加裝外罩、制成可耐70-95 C的高溫灌裝等,以滿足不同的客戶需求。
