進(jìn)口高壓鍋爐給水泵結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明：
高壓鍋爐給水泵為多級(jí)分段式，其吸入口位于進(jìn)水段上，成水平方向，吐出口在水段上垂直向上，其揚(yáng)程可根據(jù)使用需要而增減水泵級(jí)數(shù)。多級(jí)離心泵裝配良好與否，對(duì)性能影響關(guān)系很大，尤其是各個(gè)葉輪的口出與導(dǎo)翼的進(jìn)出中心，其中稍有偏差即將使水泵的流量減少，揚(yáng)程降低效率差，故在檢修裝配時(shí)務(wù)必注意。高壓鍋爐給水泵主要零件有:進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段、葉輪、導(dǎo)翼?yè)醢?、出水段?dǎo)翼、軸、密封環(huán)、平衡環(huán)、軸套、尾蓋及軸承體。進(jìn)水段、中段、導(dǎo)葉擋板、出水段導(dǎo)翼、出水段及尾蓋均為鑄鐵制成，共同形成泵的工作室。
工作原理：
高壓鍋爐給水泵實(shí)際上屬于多級(jí)泵，鍋爐給水泵工作原理相當(dāng)于把幾個(gè)葉輪組裝在一根泵軸上串聯(lián)起來(lái)工作，泵軸上葉輪的數(shù)量也就是屬于表示幾級(jí)離心泵，例如一個(gè)葉輪的揚(yáng)程是10米那么泵軸上面加裝5個(gè)葉輪相當(dāng)于此時(shí)揚(yáng)程可達(dá)50米，鍋爐給水運(yùn)行時(shí)，水由泵進(jìn)口被吸入，然后依次由*個(gè)葉輪壓入到一個(gè)葉輪，每經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)葉輪，壓力就會(huì)增加一倍，所以通暢被稱為高壓鍋爐給水泵。

The main parts of high pressure boiler feed water pump: water inlet section, the middle section of the water, the impeller and the guide vane damper, outlet section of guide vane shaft sealing ring and balancing ring and sleeve and a tail cover and the bearing body. The water inlet section, the middle section, the guide vane baffle plate, the water outlet section guide wing, the water outlet section and the tail cover are made of cast iron, which forms a pump working chamber.

High pressure boiler feed pump actually belongs to the multi-stage pump, the working principle of boiler feedwater pump is equivalent to several impeller assembled in a pump shaft in series, the number of pump shaft impeller is belongs to the few stage centrifugal pump, such as an impeller head is 10 meters above the pump shaft so the installation of 5 impeller is equivalent to the head up to 50 meters, boiler operation, water from the pump inlet is inhaled, followed by the first impeller pressure into an impeller, with each impeller, pressure will be doubled, so smooth called high pressure boiler feed pump.
