Introduction：
FSH Series IR&UV Conveyor belt dryer is specially designed for different kinds of ink printing. It widely used in printing paper, PCB, advertisement, nameplate of instrument and plastic etc.
Features：
1.The machine has 3 functions segments: Hot-air (4 Segments),UV drying (1 Segment); Cooling Air (1 Segment). Every segment can be controlled independently.
2. Hot-air and Cooling-air spray down through holes of insulating board; winds press the paper attached to the belt tightly.
Uniformity temperature makes ink drying quickly.Therefore, the paper's contractility is reduced and the register precision can be improved.
3.The conveying belt is made by TEFLON material imported from American; it can endure high temperature, attrition and radiation.
4. The frequency conversion device makes driving more steadily. The machine can be available to many printing modes’ drying: handwork, semi-automatic and automatic high-speed printing.
5. The machine has tension device which can rectify automatically in conveying. And the device can be adjusted easily.
6. The machine’s UV drying modes is divided to: single-lamp drying; multi-lamp drying etc. which can save electric power and extend the lamps’ life.
7. The machine can combined with many kinds of printing machines.。
